Not only is it still shiny, but it has very few signs of use aside from one or two very minor marks that are due to age as much as anything else. As far as we can determine, that's original white paint on the bodywork, and it's remarkably well-preserved. We're frankly shocked by how nice this car is. And that's exactly the kind of car you want to own if you're a fan of survivors. It's like the elderly guy next door who only backs it out of the garage long enough to polish the chrome and maybe go to the store, then carefully tucks it away until he needs it again. This 1973 Ford Thunderbird is one of those rare time-capsule cars that has been properly stored, beautifully maintained, and just plain loved all its life.
